- The rate and cancellation conditions apply for the rate type chosen
- The rate does not include the City Tax which, if applicable, must be paid separately before or at the same time as arrival.
- Based on the number of guests and the length of stay, a security deposit may be required.

- It is strictly forbidden to organize parties, events and disturb the neighborhood.
